Biography:

I am truly honored and grateful to be doing this work; I believe
healing is a sacred practice and should be approached with humility.
In my early twenties, through full time study in Tao, Buddhist and
ancient Polynesian martial arts and philosophy, I was introduced to
meditation practice. I then moved to Vancouver in 2005 to begin my
path as an RMT at West Coast College of Massage Therapy. That
year I developed a dedicated yoga practice, studying mainly
traditional and alignment based asana. As of 2014, I began
collaborating and instructing in my partner Lila’s yoga teacher
trainings, retreats and workshops.  While I believe it’s important as
a therapist to be versatile, I thoroughly enjoy understanding,
examining and healing the difficult chronic cases. Through the years I
have given my focus and research to understanding chronic pain and

its relationship to stress and trauma.I am Registered Massage Therapist near Nelson BC

I consider myself an intuitive, technical massage therapist who uses a variety of
Craniosacral, Visceral and Myofascial modalities to unwind and heal
patterns of tension. By exploring your symptoms, identifying these
patterns and how they relate to both your history and present state,
we’ll work together to ease your discomfort and create balance,
knowledge and Grace.
